Very bad customer service. Visited facility for 3 days business conference during May 2016 and other 3 colleagues charged at lower rate and myself charged at higher rate when I saw confirmation e-mail, called and spoke to manager Bobbie and she promised to fix the rate when I check in. When I brought to the attention during check in, Employee said Bobbie is not working today so confirm during check out. During check out bobbie said it already charged but promised that difference will be refunded back to my cc within 3 days. Later when I called to check I was told bobbie no longer works here so will not get refund but will get 20 % discount in all future stay. What a rip off. Wasted so much time and later said we don't have authority to change rate since manager quit and it's illegal to contact manager again.

Bad customer service.

Aware of management. Very rude staff and said once charged can't be refunded even promised by manager. Will never allow my staff to stay here.
